Return & Exchange Policy

At Thal Naturals, we want you to love every purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return or refund, but may be exchanged in case of a size issue (subject to availability).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear, accessories, and custom-tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures as proof. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

4. Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, email us at info@thalnaturals.com or message our support team.
  • Once your request is approved, you’ll need to send the product back to our address.
  • After inspection, we’ll ship your replacement product.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the ordered product is out of stock or damaged beyond replacement. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item sent).
